Ordered a kebab for two people this evening and when opening the order there was a mistake. Called them and were apologetic, delivering an additional kebab to cover the missing ingredients within 15mins. Excellent service, very polite and good customer service. In my view this is what makes the difference for a business - how you handle the inevitable mistakes. Impressed and will use again and again.
